Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use VYRALKONTENT. If you use the service for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

VYRALKONTENT is a creator-video automation service. Creators connect supported storage, select RAW and FINISHED Google Drive folders, choose available processing options, run the Vyral Agent on a compatible computer, and receive processed outputs that can be reviewed, downloaded, or refined.

Processing results can vary based on source quality, speech, noise, device capability, connectivity, and selected settings. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Protect your Google account, authenticated sessions, computer, and Vyral Agent credentials.
• Do not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits or exposes another person’s data.
• Notify us at support@vyralkontent.com if you believe your VYRALKONTENT account or Agent access has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by Vyral Kontent Labs LLC’s own failure to meet an applicable legal obligation.

Google identity sign-in and Google Drive authorization are provided through Google. When you connect Drive and select RAW and FINISHED folders, you authorize VYRALKONTENT to access creator-selected content and metadata as described on Google’s consent screen and in our Privacy Policy.

You authorize VYRALKONTENT to enumerate eligible files in the selected RAW folder when you initiate processing, provide the selected content to your authenticated Vyral Agent, create and upload processed or refined outputs, and access Vyral-created files and assets as needed to provide the service.

You can revoke Google authorization through your Google Account. Revocation may stop Drive-dependent functionality until you reconnect. Google services are governed by Google’s applicable terms and are not controlled or endorsed by Vyral Kontent Labs LLC.

You retain ownership of the videos, audio, images, text, and other content you provide or create through VYRALKONTENT (“Creator Content”). These Terms do not transfer ownership of Creator Content to us.

You grant Vyral Kontent Labs LLC a limited, non-exclusive permission to access, copy, transmit, temporarily store, process, display, and create requested output from Creator Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support VYRALKONTENT.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and lawful authority needed to upload, process, edit, and publish Creator Content. You are responsible for privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, music, talent, and other rights implicated by your content.

The Vyral Agent is required for the primary local-processing workflow. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Vyral Agent only with your VYRALKONTENT account and only for the service’s intended creator-video workflow.

You may not reverse engineer, bypass safeguards, extract credentials, redistribute the software, use it to provide an unauthorized competing service, or modify it to gain access to another user’s account or content, except where applicable law expressly prohibits such restrictions.

Video processing primarily occurs on your computer. You are responsible for a compatible device, sufficient storage and computing resources, network access, and installing available software updates reasonably required to continue using the service.

You may not use VYRALKONTENT to:

• Violate law or another person’s rights.
• Process content you are not authorized to use.
• Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls, or interfere with the service.
• Evade account, entitlement, billing, usage, or technical limits.
• Use the service to harass, exploit, impersonate, defraud, or cause unlawful harm.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service or Vyral Agent without written permission.

• The launch plan is $49.99 per month.
• Eligible first-time subscribers receive a 7-day free trial.
• The launch plan includes up to 300 processed videos per applicable monthly usage period.
• There is no annual plan at launch and no launch overage billing.
• Processing stops at the 300-video limit until the next applicable usage period begins.
• You may cancel at any time. The billing interface will show the effective cancellation and renewal information applicable to your subscription.

Subscription charges are handled by our payment provider. The checkout screen and billing interface provide the operative payment authorization and renewal details. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively after reasonable notice; changes do not authorize retroactive charges.

Some existing beta users may have separate complimentary access entitlements. Those entitlements are not generally available, do not identify individual testers publicly, and do not alter the published launch plan.

We work to keep VYRALKONTENT available, but the service depends on local devices, networks, Google services, hosting, database, payment, and other infrastructure outside our complete control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular processing time, or permanent availability of every feature.

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, address security or legal requirements, or respond to third-party platform changes. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid use.

You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time. You may request account deletion through support@vyralkontent.com; there is not currently a self-service deletion control.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, unlawful or abusive use, security risk, nonpayment, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law—will survive.

VYRALKONTENT works with third-party services including Google, Vercel, Turso, and Stripe. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent their operation is outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VYRALKONTENT and the Vyral Agent are provided “as is” and “as available.” Vyral Kontent Labs LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the extent those disclaimers are legally permitted.

We do not warrant that every edit will meet your creative intent, remove every unwanted sound or moment, or be suitable for publication without review. You remain responsible for reviewing Creator Content and output.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vyral Kontent Labs LLC and its members, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section creates a county-specific venue requirement.

We may update these Terms as the service, law, or our business changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
