Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vyral Kontent Labs LLC handles information when creators use VYRALKONTENT, the Vyral Agent, our website, and related services.

Effective September 19, 2026

VYRALKONTENT, a service of Vyral Kontent Labs LLC (collectively, “VYRALKONTENT,” “Vyral,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides creator-facing video automation at https://vyralkontent.com. By using the service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide, information created through your use of the service, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

  • Account information: your name, email address, profile image, account identifiers, authentication status, and related Google identity information provided through the openid, profile, and email permissions.
  • Workspace information: selected storage settings, folder labels and identifiers, connector state, job settings, processing status, errors, output identifiers and names, cut plans, and Refine operations.
  • Subscription information: subscription status, trial status, billing-customer identifiers, and related transaction status supplied by our payment provider. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than entered into VYRALKONTENT’s application database.
  • Support information: messages and information you choose to provide when requesting help, exercising a privacy choice, or requesting deletion.
  • Operational information: service requests, session and security information, Agent status, diagnostics, and logs reasonably needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

2. Google account and Google Drive information

Google identity sign-in and Google Drive authorization are separate actions. Signing in identifies your account. Connecting Google Drive requests the drive.file and drive.readonly permissions shown on Google’s consent screen.

  • Selected folder information: the identifiers and labels for the RAW and FINISHED folders you choose through Google Picker, together with connector status.
  • Drive file metadata: file identifiers, names, sizes, modification times, MIME types, parent-folder relationships, and processing state for eligible files in your selected workflow.
  • RAW video content: video bytes for files that you ask VYRALKONTENT to process from your selected RAW folder.
  • VYRALKONTENT-created files: processed and refined outputs, sprite images, and files or folders created by VYRALKONTENT, including the _Vyral System Files folder where applicable.
  • Authorization credentials: access tokens, refresh tokens where Google supplies them, expiration information, and granted-scope information needed to maintain and verify the Drive connection.

3. Why we access Google Drive data

After you select a RAW folder and initiate processing, the VYRALKONTENT backend enumerates eligible video files in that folder. It uses the resulting metadata to identify files, avoid duplicate jobs, and create the processing work you requested.

The authenticated Vyral Agent then receives the file identifier and a short-lived Google access token from the VYRALKONTENT backend. In the primary workflow, RAW video bytes travel directly from Google Drive to the Vyral Agent on your computer so the requested video processing can occur locally.

After processing, the Vyral Agent uploads the completed output directly to the FINISHED folder you selected. VYRALKONTENT may later access Vyral-created output and Refine assets to display, stream, download, or further refine them at your request.

4. How the service handles information

  • Vercel application and backend: authenticates requests, exchanges the Drive authorization code, verifies and refreshes authorization, lists eligible RAW-folder metadata, brokers short-lived access to the authenticated Agent, and may proxy finished or refined media for authenticated browser streaming or download.
  • Turso database: stores account and OAuth credential records, folder settings, connector state, relevant Drive file identifiers and names, job and output metadata, cut plans, Refine operations, and errors as applicable.
  • Google services: provide identity authentication, authorization, Google Picker, and Google Drive storage and transfer.
  • Vyral Agent: runs on your computer, downloads creator-selected RAW content, creates temporary processing files, processes video locally, and uploads creator-requested outputs. Temporary files are normally removed during Agent cleanup. An interrupted run may leave temporary files on the device until they are removed through later cleanup or by the user.

In the primary local-Agent workflow, RAW media bytes do not normally pass through the Next.js/Vercel application function. Finished or refined media may pass through authenticated Vercel proxy routes when you stream or download it in a browser.

5. How we use information

  • Authenticate accounts and maintain secure sessions.
  • Connect the RAW and FINISHED folders you select.
  • Discover eligible RAW videos when you initiate processing.
  • Process videos, create outputs and supporting assets, and provide Refine functionality.
  • Show processing status, history, storage readiness, and completed output.
  • Provide support, investigate errors, enforce account entitlements, and protect the service.
  • Administer subscriptions and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, data brokerage, unrelated profiling, credit or lending decisions, or training generalized artificial-intelligence models.

6. OAuth credential storage and security

VYRALKONTENT stores the authorization credentials needed to maintain your Google Drive connection, including access tokens, refresh tokens where applicable, expiration information, and granted scopes. We treat these as protected service credentials and use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to limit access to authorized service processes and personnel.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We do not guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim a security certification that has not been independently established.

7. Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to operate VYRALKONTENT, including Google for identity and Drive services, Vercel for application hosting and backend execution, Turso for database services, and Stripe for subscription and payment processing. These providers process information as necessary to perform their services and under the terms and agreements applicable to their services.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or support a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection measures. We do not sell Google user data.

Google does not sponsor or endorse VYRALKONTENT.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide and support the service, maintain account and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legitimate business obligations, or comply with law. Retention depends on the type of information, account status, operational need, and legal requirements. We do not promise an automatic deletion schedule that the current service does not provide.

You may request deletion as described below. We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or recordkeeping obligations.

9. Account, data-deletion, and privacy requests

VYRALKONTENT does not currently offer a self-service account-deletion control. To request account deletion, deletion of Google-derived data stored by VYRALKONTENT, or another privacy action, email support@vyralkontent.com from the address associated with your account when possible.

We may need to verify your identity and clarify the scope of the request before acting. A deletion request does not automatically delete files that remain in your own Google Drive; you continue to control those files through Google Drive.

10. Revoking Google authorization

You can revoke VYRALKONTENT’s Google authorization through your Google Account’s third-party connections or security settings. You may also contact support@vyralkontent.com for assistance.

Revocation may prevent VYRALKONTENT from listing, downloading, processing, streaming, or uploading Google Drive content until you authorize the connection again. Revocation at Google does not by itself constitute a request to delete VYRALKONTENT account records; send a deletion request if you also want stored account or Google-derived information removed.

11. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

VYRALKONTENT’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and support the creator-facing VYRALKONTENT features described in this Privacy Policy.

12. Age eligibility

VYRALKONTENT is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly offer the service to children.

13. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, law, or our data practices change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel.

14. Contact
